A. MALIGNANT MELANOMA, SUPERFICIAL SPREADING TYPE, WITH FOCAL EARLY RADIAL GROWTH PHASE INVASION (LEVEL II, DEPTH 0.2 MM, NON-ULCERATED, NON-MITOTIC), EXTENDING TO PERIPHERAL MARGINS. THE DEEP MARGIN IS FREE.
SOX10 and MART-1 stains highlight the atypical melanocytic proliferation with confluent growth and pagetoid spread, supporting the diagnosis.
